Imprinting Information: Full Color Label Set-up charge $45(G). Re-order setup charge $30(G). For black lip balm tubes add $.05(C) per piece.

Minimum of 250 pcs per flavor, no additional set-up charge for assorted flavors. If no lip balm flavor is specified, peppermint flavor will be used. For customized lip balm color the minimum order quantity is 4000 pieces. PMS color match is not guaranteed.
