A proof must be requested on your Purchase Order.

Yes, Virtual Proofs are offered at no additional cost.
Do you offer virtual proofs on rush orders?
No, we do not offer virtual proofs on rush orders.
Do you charge lower than minimum fees?
Yes, charges are $35.00 (G) US / $50.00 (G) Canada for orders less than catalog minimum.

No, PMS Color Match is only available on certain items. See additional setup options for PMS information

Shipping & Production
What is your standard production time?Standard production time is 7 days from art approval. *some restrictions apply
When does the "clock start" on your production time?
Same day if received before 5:00PM EST
How do you ship in warmer weather?
When the temperature reaches 75 degrees F. we will ship your order in insulated containers with ice packs. The product will remain cool for 2 full days. Expedited shipping is required for locations beyond a 2 day ground ship zone. We will use either refrigerated trucking or insulated cartons. We will select the least expensive method. For insulated cartons, please add $15.00(G) (USD) / $16.50(G) (CAD) per carton. When cost effective, a larger carton can be used please add $25.00(G) (USA) / $27.50(G) (CAN) per carton.
Are we able to ship on a 3rd party account, if so, is there a charge?
Yes, for US we can at no charge. FedEx or UPS. For Canada, third party shipper numbers from FOB Brampton (excluding water) – Loomis / Purolator = no charge. UPS = $12net per order.

Do you offer rush production services?
Yes, we offer 3 day (+20%) & 5 day (+10%) rush production on select products. All rush production must be approved by Customer Service & Production. *Not available on all products
