NC Custom Welcomes Lori Donovan to the Team

Hicksville, NY – September 8, 2025 – NC Custom is excited to welcome Lori Donovan a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in the promotional products industry to the team. 

Lori began her career at her family’s distributorship in Detroit, later joining Corporate Express (now Staples Promotional Products) where she spent nearly 20 years on the distributor side. In 2015, she transitioned to the supplier side with Alphabroder, expanding her expertise from blank apparel to decorated apparel and hard goods through the acquisition of Primeline. Most recently, she managed key accounts across the Northeast with S&S Activewear.

In addition to her professional experience, Lori has been an active leader in the industry, serving on the Board of the New England Promotional Products Association (NEPPA) since 2018 and currently holding the role of President.

“I look forward to growing my passion for this industry within my new role at NC Custom,” said Lori. “I can’t think of a sweeter way to enter the next chapter.”
